He assured that his government will be battling against the odds faced by each of the tribals and original natives (adivasis and moolvasis) of Jharkhand.
His government inked an MoU with the Central Cooperative Bank, Dhanbad and HDFC Bank to facilitate smooth flow of funds while launching the Gurujee Credit Card Yojana and Manki Munda Chhatravriti Yojana to enable the new talents smoothly pursue their degree and diploma courses. Those going abroad for their higher studies will continue getting the benefits of Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Munda Scholarship Scheme.

The recovery of loan amounts will begin one year after completion of their course. But, if someone starts repaying the loan amounts while still studying he or she will be getting a 1 percent rebate. On Monday, this Credit Card was given to 1,200 students.
Under the Manki Munda Scholarship Scheme, the students, especially girls, going for different types of diploma courses, even after clearing their Class X Board exams, will be entitled to avail financial aid to the tune of Rs 15,000 per annum. At least 3,000 students will be benefitted every year.

“You just go ahead with your studies with the aim to make Jharkhand better. Financial constraints will never hinder your way,” the Chief Minister said during his address while launching these schemes.
