Is the Founder-Director of Assam LitArt Fest, an annual festival of literature, filmmaking, arts and music and co-founder of The LitArt Foundation that strives to create an ecosystem for the creative fraternity of Assam. She has authored The Mystic Sinners, a critically acclaimed work of fiction in the thriller genre, and contributed short stories in published anthologies too. A former journalist with national dailies like The Times of India and Hindustan Times in Delhi, she is now based in her hometown Guwahati. An avid reader and movie buff, she loves travelling and is fond of animals especially dogs.

Kripasindhu Dey
Is a museum anthropologist specializing in tribal art, culture and folklore. He holds a Master’s from Dibrugarh University and a Ph.D. from Gauhati University, with advanced museology training from the Indian Institute of Heritage and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. A former Deputy Director of Research for the Arunachal Pradesh government, he has published 25+ articles and co-authored Museums of Arunachal Pradesh. Now based in Jorhat, he is completing monographs on the Sajolang people, and writing two books: ‘Studies in Museums in Arunachal Pradesh’ and ‘Tattooing among the Arunachal Tribes’.

Abhijat Shukla
Was a Chhattisgarh-based journalist with English dailies namely The Hitavada, Central Chronicle and The Pioneer for 12 years, with special interest in covering tribal art and culture. He is, at present, working as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic, Kanker in the tribal heartland of Bastar region. A doctorate in English literature, he currently teaches Communication Skills in institutes of Technical Education Department of the Chhattisgarh government.

Sandip Kumar Bal
Is a communications professional, journalist, and researcher with over a decade of experience in development communication, media, and public policy. He has worked with organizations such as the Poverty & Human Development Monitoring Agency, and leading publications including The Times of India and The Telegraph. A PhD in Political Science, his work focuses on digital communication, policymaking, Indigenous Knowledge Systems, climate and gender. He specializes in crafting compelling narratives on governance, social inclusion, and community-led development, bridging grassroots realities with policy and public discourse.

Vikas Parashram Meshram
